I’ve been reflecting on how crucial individualized learning plans are for each child’s development. Recently, I conducted an assessment that revealed some surprising strengths in one of my students that we hadn’t formally recognized before. I’m curious to know what approaches others have found effective in tailoring these plans to honor each child’s unique learning style and pace.
