I’ve been reflecting on how powerful our words can be when fostering independence in our children. During my last workshop, we discussed using positive language and open-ended questions to help kids solve problems on their own. It seems so small, yet it can make a big difference in their confidence. I’d love to hear how others are implementing communication strategies in their classrooms.
