I’ve been exploring ways to enhance outdoor education through Montessori methods, and it’s amazing how a simple nature walk can open kids’ eyes to the local ecosystem. This past weekend, I took a group of children to a nearby forest, and we focused on identifying different plants and insects. It was heartwarming to see them so invested in their surroundings and discussing environmental stewardship — i’m curious if anyone else has implemented similar activities and what the responses have been from the kids.
